The new version of the popular operating system from Microsoft called Windows 10, although the previous major release was called Windows 8. Go directly to the Windows 10 reflects the company??�s desire to distance itself from the not very popular previous version.

Cortana New Look
3D Live Tile
The menu also includes home, notepad, reminder, location, music , Help, and set several options.
Cortana is now integrated into start
Cortana??�s height is now variable to start
Start can now be set to use a blur
There are new Tile animations
Live Tiles can now be disabled
Some of the sounds have been renamed
The category icon is now shown next to the back-arrow in Settings App
Some icons have been changed Settings App
This build indicates the first build in the Insider Preview series instead of the Technical Preview
Selecting Display Settings from the Desktop context menu gives you an error, akin to previous builds that did the same
A link to Windows Shell Experience Host in the Start menu (which takes you to Task Scheduler)
Some weird text display issues in settings which may possibly be unicode related
Cortana is now integrated in the Start Menu
New builds are no longer ???Technical Preview??� they are ???Insider Preview??�

What is Language Pack ?

In Microsoft terminology, a Language Interface Pack (LIP) is a skin for localizing software in languages such as Lithuanian, Serbian, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, and Thai. Based on MUI technology, a LIP also requires the software to have a base installed language and provides users with an approximately 80 percent localized user experience by translating a reduced set of user interface elements. Unlike MUI packs which are available only to Microsoft volume license customers and for select SKUs of Windows Vista, a Language Interface Pack is available freely and can be installed on a licensed copy of Microsoft Windows or Office and a fixed base language.

Typically, a Language Interface Pack is designed for regional markets that do not have full MUI packs or fully localized versions of a product. It is an intermediate localized solution that enables computer users to adapt their software to display many commonly used features in their native language. Each new Language Interface Pack is built using the glossary created by the Community Glossary Project in cooperation with the local government, academia and local linguistic experts.
