Delcam PowerINSPECT - a system for checking the precision using coordinate measuring machines, measuring manipulators, as well as CNC equipped with the measuring head.
Delcam PowerINSPECT allows you to control how complex free-form surface (showing any deviation of the measured points from the computer model), and geometric elements of correct form (the model is not required), configure and monitor snap-in, scan the prototypes to create computer models.
The program accepts computer models from any CAD system, allows you to work with multiple computer models simultaneously.
Universal binding agent can quickly become attached on basic or complex forming surfaces.
The inspection results are displayed in several different ways. Colorful confetti illustrate the details of the deviation from the nominal value. In addition, reports are generated in the format of an Excel spreadsheet or HTML, which can be customized to the requirements of the company or the customer.
